Terrible Customer Service
Warning if you purchase from this company buy at your own risk as they do not reply back to any emails.
The customer service is terrible, I say this because I had to email them 3 times to ask for a tracking number to my order as it was for a gift and there was no reply to all my emails from the customer service team.
I waited almost an entire week to receive the tracking number, which is not acceptable.
The bag is a slight different to the one on there website.
I will not purchase from this company in the future.
